Fabric Follies Two

Several years ago I tore up some newspaper into strips and sat in the middle of the floor with it and some flour paste and this is what I came up with…. With Halloween right around the corner, I found this site at Country Living Magazine to be right up our alley. 

Folk artist Lori C. Mitchell  has a tutorial up for making her (totally) wonderful little Halloween people.
